Are you passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and ready to bring your skills to a fast-paced, high-vibe kitchen? Shawarma House is looking for a dedicated cook who not only knows their way around shawarma, falafel, and fresh herbs—but also thrives under pressure with grace, focus, and precision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is strongly preferred.

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized station at all times.

• Strong awareness of incoming and current orders, with the ability to manage multiple tickets without missing a beat.

• Capable of prioritizing tasks during high-volume periods and knowing exactly what needs to be prepped, started, or plated next.

• Excellent memory and attention to detail—especially when it comes to special customer requests or modifications.

• Physically fast and mentally sharp, with a calm and respectful attitude under pressure.

• A team player who values communication, accountability, and showing up with a good attitude every shift.
