The longer answer is that almost any headcount maps cleanly to one of our family-style tray packages, and the in-between numbers are easy to handle once you know whether to size up or mix in boxed lunches. Here is how to order the right amount of food the first time.

Match your headcount to a package

Our trays are served family-style and built to feed a specific number of people. Find your number, round up to the nearest package, and you are done. Per-person cost works out to roughly $20 to $27 depending on the size you choose.

The three most common headcounts

Catering for 20 people: Go with the 20-person Spread, which feeds 20 for $399. If you want a buffer for second helpings or a few extra guests, size up to the 30-person Office Spread ($599). You can see all sizes and pricing on our catering packages page.

Catering for 50 people: The 50-person Full Spread is built for exactly this. It is one of the most common orders we run for office lunches and team meetings, and it lands right in the middle of the per-person range.

Catering for 100 people: The 100-person Grand Spread covers it at the best per-person value in the lineup, roughly $20 a head. For an event this size that needs staffed service rather than drop-off, give yourself extra lead time (more on that below).

Handling the in-between headcounts

Not every group is a round number. Two simple rules cover the gaps:

• Size up to the next package. Hosting 35? The 50-person Full Spread (feeds 50) is the move. It is almost always cleaner and more cost-effective than stacking two smaller trays, and leftovers from family-style catering rarely go to waste.
• Individually boxed lunches are available by quote. Box contents, pricing, quantities, and preparation time are confirmed in your written quote. Package notice varies by size: Family Tray: 24 hours. 20-person Spread: 48 hours. 30-person Office Spread: 48 hours. 50-person Full Spread: 5 days. 75-person Banquet Spread: 5 days. 100-person Grand Spread: 7 days. Staffed service for 50 or more guests is quoted per event and may need additional planning time.
