Do you provide staff to serve the wedding?
Yes — for 50+ guests our team sets up, runs the buffet, and keeps everything stocked and warm. Staffing is quoted per event; please book at least 5 days ahead.
How much does it cost and what’s included?
Spreads run roughly $19.99–$26.60 per person: Full Spread $1,199 (50), Banquet $1,649 (75), Grand $1,999 (100). Each includes beef and chicken shawarma, saffron basmati, salad, hummus, falafel, pita, and house sauces. À-la-carte trays available too.
Can you handle vegan and gluten-free guests?
Yes — a full vegan menu and gluten-free options are built in, so those guests get a complete plate. Just flag the headcount on your quote. (Prepared in a shared kitchen, so not certified gluten-free.)
Can we taste the food before the wedding?
Yes. We’ll customize your spread and set up a tasting so you sign off before the day. No surprises at the reception.
