We serve fresh, prepared food that’s made to order, so we generally do not offer refunds on completed orders. That said, if something goes wrong with your order, we want to make it right.
Same-day issues
If your order is incorrect, missing items, or has a quality concern, please call us at (619) 642-0298 the same day. We’ll work with you to fix it — this is the fastest path to resolution.
Orders through third-party platforms
If you ordered through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or another delivery marketplace, refund and credit decisions are handled by that platform’s customer support, not by us directly. Contact them through the order details in their app. We’re happy to coordinate on the cooking-side issue once their support team reaches out.
Catering deposits
Catering deposits, where applicable, may be non-refundable past the cancellation deadline disclosed at the time of booking. Specific terms are confirmed in writing before any catering order is finalized. For catering questions, see our FAQ or call us at (619) 642-0298.
Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, it generally cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, call us as soon as possible — if we haven’t started cooking, we can usually accommodate.
