Catering Rewards terms

Who can join
Anyone 18 or older can join for free with their own email address. One membership per person and email address.
Qualifying orders
A qualifying order has a food subtotal of $500 or more after any discounts, not counting tax, delivery fees, service charges, tips, gift card purchases, or items given free. It must be placed directly with Shawarma House: through our website or email, by phone, in person, or through our Toast catering ordering. Orders placed through third-party catering apps and marketplaces do not qualify.
The reward
Each qualifying order earns one $50 digital gift card, whatever the order size. The reward goes to the member who placed the order, using the email address they joined with. Rewards cannot be split, combined across orders, transferred, or exchanged for cash or credit on the order.
When it is sent
We send the gift card by email after the order has been completed and paid in full, usually within 7 days. If an order is cancelled before it is completed, it does not earn a reward. If an order is refunded after a reward was sent, we may cancel unredeemed rewards or end the membership.
Yearly limit
A member can earn up to $500 in rewards per calendar year (January 1 to December 31, Pacific time).
Your employer
Rewards are a thank-you to the person placing the order. If your employer has a policy on gifts from vendors, it is your responsibility to follow it; you may decline any reward.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.
Changes and ending
We may change or end Catering Rewards at any time. Rewards already earned under the rules in effect when the order was placed will still be honored. We may end a membership for fraud, abuse, or orders placed to earn rewards rather than for real catering needs.
Your information
We use your name, email, phone and company only to run Catering Rewards and send your gift cards. Joining does not subscribe you to marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
