Boxed lunches work best when your group eats on staggered schedules, at desks, or across multiple floors or offices — each person gets a lidded, labeled meal and there’s no serving line to manage. Shared catering trays fit a single group eating together at one time, like an all-hands meeting or a working lunch around a table. As a rough guide: for 7–10 people eating together at one sitting, a Family Tray can be the simpler and cheaper option; office-wide or shift-based groups usually do better with individual boxes. Delivery is free within 5 miles, $30 for 5–15 miles, $50 for 16–40 miles, and $60 beyond that; pickup at 4884 Newport Ave is free.
