Every catering order is halal — all of our beef and chicken has been halal-sourced since we opened. Alongside the meat we run a full vegan menu (falafel, vegan shawarma, vegan cream chop, hummus, tabouli, fattoush, and house-made vegan sauces: toum, tahini, hot sauce), and we do gluten-free-friendly builds over saffron rice with no pita. One order can cover halal-observant, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free-friendly guests together.
Common allergens to flag for your group: sesame (tahini — also in hummus), dairy (tzatziki, feta), gluten (pita and gyro bread), and tree nuts (baklava). Our kitchen is shared, so we’re gluten-free-friendly rather than certified gluten-free and can’t guarantee zero cross-contact — for severe allergies, tell us up front in your quote notes and we’ll be honest about what we can and can’t promise.
